At Newsom’s Treasure, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Please review the policy below to understand our shipping process and expectations.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time. Depending on complexity and order volume, custom items may take up to 7–10 business days or longer.

  • Certain items may experience delays due to supplier traffic, local transit issues, or unexpected carrier disruptions.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been processed and is ready to ship. We appreciate your patience and understanding during high-volume or peak seasons.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic only): 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or carrier performance.


3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


4. Delays and Carrier Issues

Newsom’s Treasure is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier. These may occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or local transit issues.

If your tracking shows delays or problems, please first reach out to the carrier directly. If you still need assistance, contact us at newsomstreasure@gmail.com.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you catch an error and your order has not yet shipped, email us as soon as possible to request an update.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after a delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you cannot locate it:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Contact your local post office or shipping carrier

  • Wait 24–48 hours as packages are sometimes scanned early


7. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within the United States.
