Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Newsom’s Treasure. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. We kindly ask that you review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.


Damages and Issues

We strive to ensure that all items are carefully packaged and delivered in excellent condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please take the following steps:

  1. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  2. If you identify any damage or defects, please take clear, detailed photographs of the affected item(s).

  3. Email the images along with a brief description of the issue to newsomstreasure@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Once we have reviewed the issue, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.


Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. All sales are considered final. We recommend confirming your selections prior to completing your order.


Refunds

We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds, including for items that arrive damaged. However, in cases of verified damage or defect, we will issue store credit which may be used toward the purchase of a replacement item.
